A: We print on premium-quality paper or canvas, designed to provide vivid colors and long-lasting durability.
Q: Are frames included?
A: Unless specified, posters are sold unframed. Some canvas options are stretched on a wooden frame.
Q: Are the designs original?
A: Yes. All our artworks are original creations generated with AI tools such as MidJourney. However, every design is carefully curated, refined, and enhanced with professional editing in Photoshop and Topaz to ensure the highest quality. Each piece is hand-selected and reworked to achieve a unique, timeless look tailored for your home.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return my order if I don’t like it?
A: Yes, EU customers have 14 days after delivery to return non-customized items. The product must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
A: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will replace it at no cost.
